One thing you need to know about ev's is that the EVs don't require numbers of gear counts ⚙️
to be furiously fast.
they get their maximum range of speed and torque from the very first gear⚙️
meaning you don't need to wait till you get to the last gear to be at your max speed ⏩ "you get it immediately 🏁
but of course, manufacturers use complex gear systems just for more grip and balance of all wheels...
But to be honest (personal viewpoint) over complex gear system on an ev would only create much complexity not speed
